Household Spending Skyrockets: Mauritius Set to Splash Rs440.05 Billion!

According to Statistics Mauritius, households are expected to spend Rs440.05 billion this year, a 1.8% increase compared to last year.

The total amount spent on consumption by households and public administrations will be Rs 534.25 billion.

This forecast has been revised upwards twice this year, with initial projections at Rs 438.87 billion in June, followed by revisions to Rs 440.03 billion in September and Rs 440.05 billion in December.
