COVID-19 Cases Explode, Strong Caution Advised

With just two weeks until the end-of-year holidays, the number of Covid-19 cases is exploding.

This is the observation made by the Ministry of Health. As of last week, a total of 158 active cases were recorded in the country. The health condition of two patients is considered severe.

Those affected by the virus are being treated with Molnupiravir, according to Dr. Ashwamed Dinasing, the Director of Health Services.

The latter argued that it is mainly vulnerable individuals who are affected. Caution is strongly being advised.
