COVID-19 clouds sales of reconditioned vehicles

The Dealers in Imported Vehicles Association (DIVA) is aiming to sell at least 7,000 vehicles this year.

But depends on the evolution of the exchange rate, the COVID-19 situation around the world or the Rebate Scheme promoted by the Government.
