Marina Bay Boutique Residences in Rivière-Noire is a new residential project designed for those seeking luxury and comfort by the sea.

The real estate developer, 2Futures, has launched construction works on this project. The 31 residences, designed in a boho chic style, offer a blend of modern technology and sophistication.

Spread across low-rise buildings, the units range from one to four bedrooms. Penthouses have private access and can be equipped with a private pool, while ground floor units offer private terraces and small gardens.

The price for a one-bedroom apartment starts at Rs 16.1 million (350,000 USD). A three-bedroom apartment is priced at Rs 29.9 million (650,000 USD), and penthouses start at Rs 42.3 million (920,000 USD).

The return on investment varies depending on the type of property. Two and three-bedroom apartments offer estimated returns between 3.6% and 4.9%. For two to three-bedroom penthouses, returns range from 4.7% to 4.8%.

The features of Marina Bay Boutique Residences include 24/7 security, a 25-meter long communal pool, a beach kiosk, and a rental management company.

Additionally, residents will have the option to customize their home with smart features. They will also have access to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance.
