Curfew Enforced at 10 PM Tonight! Violators To Face Rs 100,000 Fine
In a press conference held on Monday, January 15th, the Police Commissioner has announced that a curfew will be enforced from 10 pm Monday until noon tomorrow, Tuesday, January 16th.
Anyone found in violation of this curfew will face fines of up to Rs 100,000 and a maximum prison sentence of two years.
Only essential service workers will be permitted to travel.
Furthermore, the Commissioner mentioned the possibility of upgrading the alert level to 4 if the weather conditions associated with Cyclone Belal worsen.
Moreover, Anil Kumar Dip has urged the population not to spread false information as it hinders the police’s work.
