3 New Judges Appointed at Mauritius Supreme Court!

The Supreme Court has welcomed three new judges. They are Mr Azam Neerooa, Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Mr Mehdi Manrakhan, Senior Assistant DPP, and Mr Raj Seebaluck, Acting Deputy Master and Registrar.

In the meantime, Magistrate Vijay Appadoo has been promoted to Acting Deputy Master and Registrar, replacing Mr Seebaluck.

Their appointment has been approved by the Judicial and Legal Service Commission, chaired by Chief Justice Rehana Mungy-Gulbul.

They will take their oath this morning before the President of the Republic at the Réduit Castle.
