Water Woes Hit Mauritius: Repairs Leave Residents Thirsty in 8 Areas

Water supply is disrupted in several regions due to pipe repairs, including La Marie, Morcellement Pousson, Seetaram, Henrietta, Glen Park, Camp-Mapou, Bord Cascade, and NHDC Anthurium.

Repairs on a major pipe feeding the Montagne Fayence Reservoir Service are also causing water supply disruptions in Ecroignard, Bramsthan, Camp-Ithier, and Camp Marcelin.

The Central Water Authority has issued a statement regarding the situation. Tanker trucks will be provided to affected residents for water supply assistance.
