Union Urges Redeployment of Ex-Vocational Educators

The Government Services Employees Association (GSEA) has once again called for the redeployment of former vocational teachers to secondary schools.

The GSEA emphasizes the need to follow the recommendations of the 2021 Pay Research Bureau report and urges the Minister of Civil Service, Anjiv Ramdhany, to intervene.

Despite previous requests and meetings with government representatives, no concrete actions have been taken yet.

The GSEA highlights the frustration of those affected and requests immediate action to address the issue.

They specifically request that the redeployment of former vocational educators be prioritized before new recruitment takes place.
