The Vice Prime Minister, Husnoo, has reportedly been forced to dismiss Kishore Jeewooth, the president of the Flacq District Council.

This move was made to avoid a legal issue with the VPM’s summons to appear in court.

The district council election for a new Chairperson is scheduled for Friday afternoon.

After 19 days of controversy, Jeewooth was served his dismissal letter yesterday.

The decision was made to prevent embarrassment to Husnoo and was based on the legality of the Motion of No Confidence against Jeewooth.

There have been discussions among government officials about the situation, including a meeting with the Prime Minister, Jugnauth.

The motion to dismiss Jeewooth was based on his connection to Minister Hurdoyal.

The MSM party continues to political tensions in this important district, with concerns about power dynamics leading up to the upcoming elections.

Intense lobbying is expected in the coming hours before the district council meeting.
