Air Mauritius Denies Aircraft Order for Airbus A350-900

Despite reports from specialised press, Air Mauritius did not place a new aircraft order in November.

Several international media outlets claimed that the airline had ordered an additional A350-900 from Airbus.

However, Air Mauritius officials have stated that this information is false and unfounded.

The reports seem to have originated from Airbus’ Orders & Deliveries for November 2023, but the airline denies making any new orders.

Air Mauritius is already awaiting the delivery of three A350-900s in the future, along with recent acquisitions and leases of other aircraft.
