14th Month is a blow to Companies’ Cash Flow, Expert Says
Thierry Goder, CEO of Alentaris Ltd, does not believe companies have the capacity to pay the 14th month, stating “this would be a blow” to their cash flow.
He noted that some companies already pay beyond the 13th month if they have the capacity to do so.
Speaking to Defi Media, he discussed the job market, skill shortages, and the need for balance in wage compensation.
He also expressed optimism for the 2024 job market, with record low unemployment rates, but warned against focusing too much on tis metric.
He insisted on the importance of the younger generation having humility and patience to grow in the market, as salary-focused mindsets become increasingly common.
