Rogers Capital Surrenders Credit Finance Licence

Rogers Capital Finance Ltd has surrendered its Credit Finance Licence in accordance with section 28(5) of the Financial Services Act (FSA).

Rogers Capital Finance Ltd provides specialised financial services with a particular emphasis on credit: consumer finance, leasing, and factoring.

Pursuant to Section 28(9) of the FSA, the Financial Services Commission (FSC) has announced that the Credit Finance Licence of Rogers Capital Finance Ltd stands terminated with effect from 01 August 2023.
