Gaza Genocide: Bodha Calls for Ceasefire

Nando Bodha, leader of the Rassemblement Mauricien (RM), has called on the Mauritian government to demand an immediate ceasefire in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, describing it as a “human tragedy”.

Bodha emphasised the importance of Arab countries uniting to pressure the US and the EU to negotiate a ceasefire.

He also addressed a recent protest outside the British High Commission, where he called for a peaceful resolution and urged the UK to adhere to international law by returning the Chagos Islands to Mauritius.
