Mauritius Telecom Unveils New Mobile App

Mauritius Telecom has unveiled its new mobile application, the Telecom App, aimed at enhancing the customer experience for mobile, fixed-line, and internet services.

The app allows users to access services and lodge complaints without visiting a Telecom Shop.

Requests are processed rapidly through artificial intelligence, with technician-assisted installations promised within one or two days.

However, there have been critiques about the growing number of mobile applications from MT, including the previously introduced ‘Super App’, which was apparently intended to encompass all its services.
