Councillor Gopee lodges complaint against MP Dhunoo

Complaint filed at Curepipe police on Thursday afternoon against the MSM MP, Kenny Dhunoo.
According to Nathalie Gopee, a councillor for PMSD, the incident involving the MP took place on Thursday morning, around 11 am, at the Curepipe Town Hall.
Accompanied by her lawyer, Me Jacques Panglose, Councillor claims in her statement to have been humiliated after being threatened by MP Dhunoo.
She maintains that he pointed his finger at her, saying, “Ou koner ki mo ete ? Atan mo pou dir ou.”
This altercation allegedly occurred in the presence of officers from the Department of Works at the Curepipe Town Hall, according to the councillor.
Despite several attempts, www.defimedia.info was unable to obtain the MP Kenny Dhunoo’s version of events on Thursday.
