He plans to launch a consulting company to advise businesses on occupational health challenges, emphasizing the importance of a comprehensive policy framework, consultation with trade unions, and compliance with legal standards.

The doctor also provided insights into global approaches, noting variations in regulations and screening procedures across countries such as the UK, Ireland, Finland, Norway, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, and the United States.
