Former Employee Returns After 20 Years, now as Director!

Intercontinental Trust Ltd (ITL) has appointed Kesaven Moothoosamy as director. This is the same company where he took his first steps as a finance graduate nearly twenty years ago.

The new director of ITL is a seasoned professional in the financial sector, with expertise in fund structuring and administration, both locally and internationally, as well as investment project evaluation and strategic transaction consulting for business valuation, negotiation and execution, equity/debt capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and listing on stock markets.

The new director, a qualified accountant, was a founding member of Perigeum Capital Ltd, an ITL subsidiary, and currently serves on the board of various companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.
