Ramgoolam: 2024 the Year for Mauritius’ Liberation Against MSM Regime

In a message to the nation on Monday, January 1st, the leader of the Labour Party, Navin Ramgoolam, emphasized that 2024 will be the year of deliverance for Mauritius.

Ramgoolam expressed deep concern over the current state of affairs in the country.

The leader of the Labour Party made his stance clear: “The MSM regime is threatening our freedom, democracy, and way of life.”

On the economic front, Ramgoolam called for a complete overhaul of the system and hinted that “everyone must be involved. The country is in dire straits. The MSM has hijacked the Mauritian state.”

Regarding the Financial Crimes Commission, Ramgoolam raised concerns about the dangerous implications of the legislation, stating that the government is “bypassing the Constitution to strip certain powers from the DPP.”

According to the leader of the Labour Party, if the MSM regime remains in power, the country will become an autocracy and “plunge into darkness.”

That is why, Ramgoolam declared, the opposition alliance will not stand idle. “We will fight against dictatorship,” he proclaimed.
