New Work Placement Scheme for Mauritian University Students

A Centralised Work Placement Scheme (CWPS) will be set up at the level of the Ministry of Public Service for university students, enrolled in tertiary education institutions accredited by the Higher Education Commission, willing to acquire work experience in Ministries, Departments and Parastatal Bodies during their final year of studies.

The CWPS will provide Mauritian university undergraduate and postgraduate students with practical and hands-on experience in a real-world work environment with a view to boosting their employability.
