With just eight days left until Christmas, customers are worried that their orders will not arrive on time.

Some have been waiting for several months for their orders and are now considering stopping transactions with the online platforms altogether.

In the meantime, the company responsible for the deliveries is still absent and has not responded to any attempts at communication.

According to Afzal Delbar, the president of the Customs House Brokers Association, there are also problems with the movement of goods by sea, particularly in South Africa and Asia, which are contributing to the delays.
