MRA to Get 3,000 sqm HQ at Côte d'Or Technopole

Landscope Mauritius has revealed plans to construct a new 13,000 square meter headquarters, named Revenue House, for the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA) at the Côte d’Or Technopole.

The building will accommodate up to 1,000 employees and is set to be completed by November 2025.

The project, developed through the Design, Build, Lease and Transfer formula, aims to consolidate all MRA services under one roof.

The new headquarters will meet eco-friendly standards and support the MRA’s vision of becoming a data-driven organization.

With investments exceeding Rs 25 billion ($557.9 million), the Côte d’Or Technopole anticipates creating over 15,000 jobs upon full operation.
