Go Life International Directors Resign with Immediate Effect

Go Life International Limited, listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius, has recently announced changes to its Board and Board restructuring.

Executive Director, Patrick Wysoczanski, and Non-Executive Director, Dr. Peter Koll, have both resigned from their positions with immediate effect.

Two new Executive Directors were appointed: Dave van Niekerk and Neville Graham.  

Neville Graham has an extensive background in financial services and management, holding key roles in two organisations and serving previously as the Head of Lending at TymeBank and as the Chief Credit Officer at MyBucks SA.

In the coming weeks, Go Life shareholders have been told to expect additional Director appointments.
