ENL Limited Receives Approval to List Secured Notes on SEM

ENL Limited has been granted approval for a subscription and listing of secured fixed rate and floating rate notes up to Rs2.5 billion through the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.

Notes will be secured by a mortgage and by a pledge of shares held by Rogers Consolidated Shareholding Ltd in Rogers and Company Limited.

The offer opens on October 30, 2023 and closes on December 6, 2023. Investors are advised to consult the prospectus for full details.
