Air Mauritius Appoints APG as GSA in Germany, Italy and Switzerland

Air Mauritius has appointed APG as its General Sales Representative (GSA) in Germany, Italy and Switzerland.

Established in June 1967, Air Mauritius and Airmate have been under voluntary administration for more than a year. The watershed meeting, which had been scheduled to take place in June 2021, has again been rescheduled, this time for 31 January 2022.

Pre-COVID19, Air Mauritius was flying directly to 22 destinations in 4 continents. The airline also connected travellers to more than 100 destinations via partner hubs in Paris, Johannesburg, Nairobi, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Perth.

At a time when Mauritius is reopening its borders to tourists, Air Mauritius is happy and proud to actively participate in the revival of tourism, so important for the country’s economy,” said Philippe Brieu – Air Mauritius Director France, Offline Europe & North America. “Our collaboration with our historical partner allows us to offer a quality service at attractive rates to all European customers.”

APG said it is delighted and honoured to represent Air Mauritius commercially in key markets as Germany, Italy and Switzerland. Sandrine de Saint Sauveur – CEO & President – APG Inc said: “The company benefits from the best connections via Paris to get its customers to Mauritius. I am confident that our professional teams on the ground will ensure the commercial success of the airline.”
