To achieve this, the entity recently participated in the Seatrade Cruise Global, a specialized trade show held in Miami.
Described as the world’s largest cruise show, Seatrade Cruise Global attracts industry professionals from around the globe.
This event serves as an opportunity for Mauritius to position itself as a prime cruise destination. It also provides a platform for networking with global industry giants.
Jonathan Lefèvre, Associate Director of Coquille Bonheur, who was present at the Miami show, along with Amrita Craig from the Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority, and Pascal Viroleau, representing the Vanilla Islands, highlighted the numerous benefits of participating in Seatrade Cruise Global for companies in the cruise sector.
They emphasized the visibility it offers, as the show attracted over 600 exhibitors representing more than 80 cruise companies from 120 different countries.
With 11,000 visitors and industry professionals in attendance, this event provides an excellent opportunity to showcase products and services to a targeted audience.
The Mauritian receptive also had discussions with major industry players, allowing them to establish strategic partnerships.
It was a valuable opportunity to learn about the latest trends and innovations in the sector, essential for maintaining competitiveness in the market.
Key players in the cruise industry, such as Carnival Corporation & Plc, Royal Caribbean Group, MSC Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd, and Disney Cruise Line, were also present at the event.
This participation at Seatrade Cruise Global represents a significant step for Coquille Bonheur as they aim to enhance their presence in the cruise sector and continue offering top-notch services to cruise ships visiting Mauritius.
