Lane Closures on M2 Highway Due to Fly-Over Construction
Motorists traveling on the M2 highway will face disruptions starting tonight, Friday, May 10, as several access routes along the highway will be closed to traffic for a period of nine weeks.
The lane closures are necessary to facilitate the construction of the Fly-Over de Terre-Rouge project.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Transportation, the closures will take place from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM each night, starting May 10.
The affected routes will be closed until June 28, at which point the construction work is expected to be completed.
To minimize disruptions, the ministry has announced that diversions will be in place. Motorists are advised to follow alternative routes.
