BoM Sells 5 Million Dollars on Exchange Market
The Bank of Mauritius made a significant move on the foreign exchange market this Monday, April 1st.
The central bank sold a substantial amount of 5 million dollars at a rate of Rs 46.40 per dollar.
This marks the second intervention by the central bank on the foreign exchange market this year.
In February, the Bank of Mauritius had purchased dollars totaling 200,000 dollars in a previous intervention.
