Mauritius Shines Among the 10 Fittest Nations

An analysis of the top 10 fittest countries in the world has revealed that Britain did not make the list, with eight out of the 10 fittest nations being located in the same continent.

The rankings were based on factors such as life expectancy, weight, and overall fitness levels of the residents in each country.

Topping the list as the fittest country in the world is Japan, boasting an impressive average life expectancy of 84.4 years.

What sets Japan apart is the fact that one in every 1,450 people in the country is aged over 100, showcasing their dedication to healthy living practices.

Japanese centenarians follow a philosophy that views the body as a sacred temple that should not be contaminated. They lead active lifestyles and maintain a balance between their food intake and energy output.

Following closely behind Japan are Vietnam and South Korea, both of which have significantly lower percentages of overweight populations compared to other countries.

Vietnam recorded only 18.3 percent of its population as overweight, while South Korea’s figure stood at 32.4 percent.
