Have Your Say on New Financial Laws

The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (“FSC”) has issued a draft legislation for public consultation as part of its transparent process for rule-making:

1. Securities (Mauritius Green Fund) Rules 2023
2. Securities (Collective Investment Schemes and Closed-End Funds) (Amendment) Regulations 2023
3. Securities (Fund Management) Rules 2023

Industry stakeholders and members of the public are encouraged to provide their comments, feedback, and suggestions regarding the aforementioned draft legislation no later than 9th February 2024.

It should be noted that the provisions of the draft legislation do not represent the final stance of the FSC, and they may be revised based on the feedback and comments received during this consultation process.
