MIoD Chief Executive named Director at UDL

Sheila Ujoodha has been appointed as a director of United Docks following the company’s Annual General Meeting.

She currently serves as CEO of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MoD).

With a background in accounting and 24 years of experience, including previous roles as CEO of SmarTree Consulting Ltd and Director of Risk Management and Audit at Rogers and CIM Group, Ujoodha brings expertise in internal auditing, risk management, corporate governance, and process improvement to her new position at United Docks.
