Medine Group has submitted two major subdivision projects to the Ministry of Environment, aiming to obtain permits for land development.

The first project, situated in Roches-Brunes, will feature 582 lots, including residential and residential/commercial spaces.

The second project, located in Flic-en-Flac, will consist of 124 residential lots. Medine has previously developed similar projects in nearby areas.

The group has received preliminary approvals for the Roches-Brunes project, which is mostly covered in vegetation and dedicated to cane cultivation.

Infrastructure, such as roads and utilities, will be provided in accordance with the Subdivision Act.

The developer aims to create a distinctive and environmentally conscious environment while targeting households with intermediate to high incomes.

The Flic-en-Flac project intends to meet demand for residential development in the western part of Mauritius and attract local and foreign investors.

Construction is planned to commence in May 2024.
