A ‘mystery’ Mauritian wins ‘life-changing’ Rs105 million in lottery draw

A Loto winner – who has not been identified – clinched a life-changing Rs105 million by matching six numbers at Lottotech’s 884th lottery draw held on Saturday.

The winning numbers for the 14 January, 2023 draw were: 11-14-20-24-28-29

The mystery millionaire validated his numbers at Intermart Supermarket in Ebene.

Saturday’s results are as follow:

• 6 correct numbers: 1 winner (Rs 105,723,359).
• 5 correct numbers: 247 winners (Rs 10,266 each).
• 4 correct numbers: 11,044 winners (Rs 473 each)
• 3 correct numbers: 154,183 winners (Rs 100 each).

Total sales achieved at the close of the 884th draw: Rs 96,597,840

On average, the Loto raises about Rs5million each week for communities projects through the sales of tickets.
