Phoenix Bev Reports 11% Sales Boost in Mauritius

Phoenix Beverages Ltd (PBL) reported 23% of its profits from international operations.

Sales in Mauritius rose by 11.1%, while La Réunion saw a 4.4% decline.

Overall, the group’s sales volume increased by 6.8%. Revenue surged from Rs 7.8 billion in 2021 to Rs 9 billion in 2022, and reached Rs 10.6 billion this year, a 17.7% rise from 2022. Post-tax profits grew by 75.6% to Rs 731.9 million.

Operations in La Réunion improved, with revenue at Rs 1.5 billion. After-tax profits increased from Rs 120.3 million in 2022 to Rs 135.3 million in 2023.
