Alteo Group is selling 86 plots of agricultural land from Vuillemin Estate near Quartier-Militaire, Mauritius, aiming to boost the country’s food self-sufficiency. The plots range from 50 to 100 perches and are open to all.

Alteo had previously sold an agricultural subdivision in Clémencia in 2021, generating strong interest from farmers and investors. Buyers will receive support from Alteo’s Alteo Planters’ Services Ltd (APS) for comprehensive sugarcane management.

APS, established 13 years ago, partners with sugarcane planters, offering cost-effective and quality services for sustainable sugarcane production.

Christian Travailleur, Head of APS, has highlighted their expertise in managing agricultural lands, providing a valuable solution for those looking to venture into sugarcane or other crop cultivation.
