Crack Down on whistleblowers Leads to Cancellation of Year-End Party

There are concerns over the allocation of express contracts, leading to uneasiness among civil servants.

Senior officials have allegedly been instructed to be present for potential political scrutiny.

According to Le Mauricien, it has apparently been made clear that anyone with access to relevant information will be closely monitored and any leaks will be reported to the police.

Surprisingly, the decision has also allegedly been made to cancel the end-of-year celebration, seemingly as a form of punishment.
