A protocol is set to be signed amending the Double Taxation Avoidance Convention (DTAC) between Mauritius and Bangladesh.

The DTAC was originally signed on 21 December 2009 and came into force on 15 September 2010.

The main objective of the Protocol is to amend the DTAC so that it complies with the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting minimum standards of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
