Go Life Announces Name Change Following Director Resignations

Only a week after the resignation of two directors, Go Life International Limited has announced plans to change its name to Numeral Limited, with the short name ‘NUMERAL,’ pending approval from shareholders.

The company has reserved the proposed new name with the Mauritian Registrar of Companies and, if approved, the change will take effect on the registration date.

The decision has received pre-approval from the LEC of the SEM in accordance with the Listing Rules, and the ISIN number will remain unchanged.

An electronic general meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 22 to consider passing the necessary special resolution for the name change.

According to GoLife, the proposed change in name will not affect shareholdings.
