Saudia, the Saudi Arabian national airline, is set to broaden its presence in Mauritius with the addition of four new Indian destinations to its network.

The move is aimed at augmenting the airline’s existing global reach, which includes major European cities and pivotal Middle Eastern and North African stopovers.

Saudia remains the preferred choice for Mauritian pilgrims embarking on religious journeys to Mecca.

The expansion is expected to result in a 10% increase in arrivals and departures in Mauritius.

Since 2019, Saudia has been represented in the country by Indo Pacific Aviation Ltd, fostering stronger travel connections between the Indian Ocean region and the rest of the world.

As the General Sales Agent for Saudi Arabian Airlines across regions encompassing Mauritius, Mayotte, Madagascar, Reunion Island, Comoros, and Mozambique, Indo Pacific Aviation Ltd has played an instrumental role in enhancing travel connections between the Indian Ocean and the wider world.
