Indian Navy Runs Intensive Special Forces Training for Mauritian Commandos

The Indian Navy has started the 14th edition of the Special Forces and Diving Refresher Camp for the Mauritius Police Force.

This camp officially aims to enhance soldiers of MARCOs the skills and capabilities of the Mauritian police force in special operations and diving.

MARCOs (Marine Commandos) is an elite special forces unit of the Mauritian Police. They are highly trained in various aspects of special operations, including combat diving, counter-terrorism, and amphibious warfare.

The Indian Navy has been conducting these intensive trainings for several years now.

This collaboration is expected to further strengthen the defence partnership and enhance the security cooperation between the two nations.
