Dubai’s Crown Prince Explores Mauritius: From Fishing to Hiking Adventures

Dubai’s Crown Prince, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid, known for his adventurous spirit, has been enjoying his downtime in Mauritius, seeking out unique experiences and immersing himself in the local culture.

This week, Sheikh Hamdan, also the Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai,  embarked on an exhilarating fishing expedition with a group of friends.

After an eventful day, Sheikh Hamdan successfully reeled in a bunch of small to medium-sized fish, content with the day’s efforts and eager to return for another pursuit.

Taking to Instagram, His Highness shared a snapshot showcasing the collective bounty of their hard work and patience.

In another heartwarming photo, Sheikh Hamdan can be seen bonding with his son, Muhammad, amidst the lush greenery, a moment of serene respite.

Earlier, the Dubai royal set off on a hiking adventure, documenting the breathtaking views of the island on his Instagram stories.

One post captures Sheikh Hamdan perched atop Pieter Both Mountain, the second highest mountain peak in Mauritius.

He wrote, “Thank you Mauritius for a very good time.”
