Constance Hotels Sees Strong Rebound with 79.9% Occupancy Rate

Constance Hotels Group has shown a strong recovery with a 79.9% occupancy rate by June 30th. The group’s profits surged by 66.5%, reaching Rs 296.7 million, compared to Rs 178.1 million in 2022.

This growth is attributed to a steady increase in tourist arrivals, allowing the group to bridge the gap with 2019 figures, particularly in Mauritius and Seychelles.

The revenue rose to Rs 2.9 billion for the period, up from Rs 2.4 billion in 2022. The group manages various hotels across different destinations.

Despite challenges like geopolitical tensions and high global inflation, the management foresees a strong year ahead for their hotels in Mauritius, Seychelles, and Madagascar.
