Mauritius Chamber of Commerce Introduces New Secretary General

Dr. Drishtysingh Ramdenee has been officially introduced as the new Secretary General of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI).

During a cocktail event bringing together public and private sector partners of the MCCI, Dr Ramdenee emphasised MCCI’s role in economic advancement. He stated that the institution acts as a gateway for local businesses to explore new economic horizons, fostering international exchanges, innovation, and strategic partnerships.

Namita Jagarnath Hardowar, the Chairperson of MCCI, expressed her delight in reintroducing networking events within the Chamber’s activities. 

“This plays an essential role in strengthening the bonds between various economic stakeholders in Mauritius. This event reflects our ongoing commitment to facilitating interactions among the private sector, public sector, and international partners to stimulate the country’s economic development.”
