Stéphane Poupinel de Valencé is new CEO at Beachcomber

Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels has announced the appointment of Stéphane Poupinel de Valencé as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Poupinel de Valencé, who previously served as the Chief Real Estate & Construction Officer, was scheduled to take office on July 01, succeeding Gilbert Espitalier-Noël. 

During his tenure, he was actively involved in strategic decision-making and is said to have played a key role in the creation of Semaris, a specialised real estate development entity.

Poupinel de Valencé shared his enthusiasm for the construction of Beachcomber’s 9th hotel in Mauritius. This 200-room establishment, accompanied by a golf course at Salines de Rivière-Noire, is expected to increase Beachcomber’s room portfolio on the island by approximately 10% within the next three years.
