Maritime expert Alain Malherbe joins Labour party

Retired maritime expert Alain Malherbe has joined the opposition Labour Party in a bid to “put the country back on the track of good governance, a flourishing economy and to protect the citizens of the Republic”.

Explaining his decision, Alain Malherbe said he adheres to the values of the party.

After meeting party leader Navin Ramgoolam, Malherbe said he is convinced that the Labour Party will succeed the MSM and be elected at the next elections.
