Happy World Property Ltd has concluded and implemented a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with Regus Group Ltd and Regus International Holdings Ltd for the two Business Centres operating in Port Louis (Medine Mews) and Ebene (Ebene Heights) under the ‘Regus’ trademark.
