Another arrest in Fakoo murder

L’Express reported on the arrest of a 30-year-old IT professional of Port Louis, whom the police believe to be the one who shot at MSM henchman Manan Fakoo.

The suspect had been questioned earlier and had denied his involvement in the case. His arrest is reportedly based on a “confession” by one of the suspects – most of whom have levelled serious allegations of unjustified arrest and detention as well as police intimidation and threats.
