Opposition Leader Xavier-Luc Duval is officially a grandfather

The Leader of the Opposition, Xavier-Luc Duval, officially became a grandfather late last week.

Philippa, the wife of Adrien Duval, lawyer and former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, gave birth to a son at Wellkin Hospital.

Both the mother and the child are said to be in good health, Defi Media reported.

The baby boy’s first name is Charles Alexander, thus becoming the third generation to bear the first name of Charles.
