Mauritius continues to attract South African and international residential property buyers to its shores.

With sales of R500Million said to be already concluded, the construction of the third phase of the Mont Choisy Golf & Beach Estate is to commence this month (June 2021), according to Pam Golding Properties Mauritius.

South Africans comprise approximately 30% of buyers, about 50% French and 20% from elsewhere in the world.

“large contingent of South Africans” are said to be currently living on the estate.
