Fugitive on the Run: Manhunt Intensifies After Suspect’s Daring Court Escape

Authorities are hot on the trail of crime suspect Sheik Altaaf Goodur, who managed to flee custody during his court appearance in Pamplemousses on Monday, March 11th.

Numerous police patrols have been deployed to track down the 35-year-old fugitive, as the hunt for his whereabouts intensifies.

Despite extensive search efforts, including a manhunt in his residential area of Morcellement St-André, the suspect remained at large as of Wednesday.

The daring escape comes on the heels of Goodur’s recent arrest, where he was held at the Plaine-des-Papayes police station on serious charges of threats and extortion.
