Deadline Extended for Public Input on Roches-Noires Smart City Project
The deadline for public input on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) License application for the Roches-Noires Smart City project, led by PR Capital, has been extended until November 10.
PR Capital, a subsidiary of City Group, secured a letter of comfort in March 2022, allowing them to submit plans while awaiting final approval.
Public comments were initially received in April 2022, and the Ministry of Environment temporarily suspended the project.
However, the French group resumed activities earlier this year, engaging with locals and NGOs.
